Botswana has many wild spots and safaris to offer. Many of these Safaris are treated as vocation spots. People who do enjoy these adventures usually end up spending 7 to 14 days exploring there! Here is a list of safari's one may want to take part in...
- Mokoro Safaris
- Horse-back Safaris
- Walking Safaris
- Fly-in Safari
- Quadbike Safari
- Self Drive Safari
- Elephant-Back Safaris
- Mobile Camping Safari
- Bushmen Safari
- Birding Safaris
- Fishing Safari
- Mountain Biking Safari
- Your Tourist Destination in Botswana
Some safaris can only be done at specific places. For example, Elephant Back ,Horseback and Fly-in Safaris are common in the Okavango region.
- Your Budget
Some safaris are pricier than others. So if you are on a budget it would be near impossible to take on a fly-in safari whereas a walking safari would be very affordable.
- Time
To truly enjoy and appreciate some Safaris in Botswana you would need to be prepared to spend at least several days on them.

African Cup of Nations
The African cup of Nations trophy will take a tour in Botswana. This is great for the country because Botswana's team has qualified this year (2012)! Botswana's team in the AFCON is called Zebra. Prediction were that Botswana was not going to make it that far, but to prove a point they have made it. This is one step closer to making history in Africa!
Here is a short little video showing the pride in Botswana!
**Breaking News** Botswana plane crash!
Here is an article posted on the devastating plane crash that killed 8 out of 12 people on a light weight plane. They are still investigating the scene and reported the plane crash about 3 days after it had occurred. Earlier I spoke about how Botswana was well known for its wild life and how I will introduce these safaris on the blog. To show how popular the safari's are the plane that has crash was headed to one of the luxury safari camps on Pom Pom Island.

Botswana is known for its safari's to be filled with wonderful wildlife. 2 of the major parks for this spectacular site seeing are The Okavango Delta and Chobe National Park. Simontaneous Botswana is well off thanks to its diamonds and politically stable also the standard of living is only rising.
In this blog not only will I mention the stability, living, and the effect of diamonds, but I will focus on its main attraction...Safari Wilflife and the sites to visit. I hope I can make all of my followers want to visit Botswana one day and just enjoy one of countries from the mother land of Africa.
